Saint John’s Eve is still a popular celebration in Spain as it marks la noche más corta (the shortest night of the year). At Ambiente, we’ll be marking the occasion with a relaxed evening celebrating two of Spain’s greatest treasures, cheese and wine.

You’ll explore a selection of five regional Spanish cheeses, each carefully paired with one of five beautiful Spanish wines. We’ll guide you through each pairing, sharing the stories behind the producers and the regions they come from.
